At Novelty Nation, we take pride in creating thoughtful, high-quality products. Many of our items are made to order, which means a little extra time is needed to ensure everything is just right.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Made-to-order items may take up to 5–7 working days to be produced before dispatch

  • Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays

Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to our courier partner for delivery.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used:

  • Major cities: 2–4 working days

  • Outlying areas: 3–7 working days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary.

3. Total Delivery Time

Your total delivery time =
Production time (5–7 working days) + Courier time

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable), allowing you to track your delivery.

6. Delays

While we do our best to meet all timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Courier delays

  • Unforeseen circumstances

Novelty Nation cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

7. Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
